Diamond clarity enhancement is known as a very good alternative to high clarity grade diamonds, also known by the words of GIA major research on clarity enhanced diamonds as “found to be effective in improving the appearance” of lower clarity grades diamonds.

Also known as “fracture filling” or “feather filled”, the enhancement is really effective and works by introducing a diamond with “feathers” (a specific type of diamond inclusion) with a microscopic amount of high-refractive-index “glass like” material that get fused and sucked into the surface-reaching feathers in order to reduce the natural inclusions visibility.
